Joseph & Morgan

Although we are absolutely in love with Tennessee, when we travel back to NY for weddings I truly hope to have the opportunity to shoot at The Sinclair in Skaneateles again. We’ve been here twice and I don’t believe it could ever get old! The ceremony area is well lit by large windows allowing for the gorgeous natural light to flood most of it. There is a small stream that flows behind the property and the bridal suite is one of the most picturesque I’ve ever seen. Joseph and Morgan were absolutely mesmerized by each other and it shows!

Kingsport has been treating us well with plenty of wide-open space for our dogs and “mini farm” we’ve started. Yes, mini farm. Complete with as many eggs and as much goats milk as we could possibly use, the time Heather and I aren’t shooting or editing is often spent tending the garden or caring for our now quite vast array of animals. The Tennessee weather has us swooning! Although we miss the snow occasionally, I don’t miss moving it! Hopeful for a couple winter weddings to bring us back to snow country!

Jerald & Marina

This day was extremely emotional for me. When Jerald read his card from Marina even I had tears in my eyes. Every wedding involves family. This day, however, not only involved family. It was all about their family. I even felt like part of the family! Growing up in a pretty-dang-close-knit home, this wedding was really special for me. There were some tears for those that couldn’t physically be there for the day but everyone knew they were still there. There was so much love shared not only between Jerald, Marina, and there soon-to-be child but between Every. Single. Person that was there. What an amazing day!

Scott & Briana

Okay, I love first looks (be it with the parents or the couple). I love it when the couple exchanges gifts, notes, cards, etc. It’s a moment that makes you realize just how much you’ve been through and how much you’re looking forward to the next chapter of your lives. It’s a window into the thoughts and feelings that surround you leading up to the actual moment of marriage. These two combined them both. Back-to-back they read notes from one another then were able to turn around and see each other face-to-face. It was absolutely beautiful. They were beautiful. This wedding was just.. beautiful!

Sara & Brian

Sara & Brian were one of the most lovely couples to just.. watch. They were inspirational in their obvious and devout love for each other. Being a wedding videographer, you see that most everyone has some wedding “jitters” on the big day. These two were just so happy to be making it official that the happiness completely overwhelmed any nervousness. To add, Central New York brought us some sun!
